“BAKO has been one of our main suppliers for as long as I can remember , we’ve always had a wonderful relationship with the different generations of BAKO through the years and that is still the case now with their fantastic team , their trade knowledge is second to none and we work closely whether it be NPD , pricing or future forecasting, their help is so vital to our business. We are nothing without consistent suppliers and that is exactly what BAKO are and their team are always willing to go the extra mile to help.”
“I started Bald Baker not knowing where to shop for ingredients or even where to start with baking. Thankfully after a few months and sleepless nights along came Suzie and team BAKO. I’ve never looked back since. Suzie & the team always made me feel like I was the same customer as a large scale operation. As the business grew and I expanded into my first premises, I’ve never forgot the help & support from BAKO . . . BAKO helps the small guys out till they become one of the big guys and well the rest is history.”
“BAKO consistently deliver great service. We’ve worked with them from the very early days of Just Desserts and as we’ve expanded, BAKO have continued to provide great products at a great price. They provide friendly and professional customer service and you can always be assured, any issues will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. We look forward to continuing to work together.”

“In the 1960s our North Western Bakers rep travelled to Manchester from Preston by train and bus. My dad usually placed his order face to face. Before the days of supermarkets there were 7 bakers on Moston Lane - every baker was busy - especially on Saturdays. When I joined the business in 1976 we were still closing at 1.15 for a 45 min lunch. How times have changed. Now most of our orders are placed by email. However, if i've got any stock question a text or a call to Paul will usually fix things …… which just goes to show that some things don’t change.”
